I have a 3 bdrm house and I am looking for 2 roomates to live in it with me, I have a garage and you get the benefit of one of your roomates owning his own shop (Me)

Rent TOTAL, is $995 a month, With Utils and cable, phone and Cable internet, and additional like $250
So basically $1250/3= $417ish each
Plus you get the benefit of not having to buy a TV, stereo system, furniture etc.... And you have a roomate with his own shop to occasionally help you with your ride

I'll have to think about it.... hey, the thing is now I am unemployed... I am looking for some job until next semester when I will start college again, anyways, I was thinking is there any help you need with your biznaz? I love working on cars, whatever it is. Let me know.

I wish I did, that would mean that we are making alot of money
But no, not right now, we are still pretty slow, we just opened a few months ago.
