Perfectly Frank @ University Village (ODU)
Those who have been there can tell you - food is good, staff is awesome and it's a nice atmosphere. School's out, so they could use the business and we should have the run of the place.
They serve dogs, sausages, burgers, other grill food.
They also have beer.

It is directly behind the Ted Constant Convocation Center.
Easiest way is to make like you're going to ODU via hampton blvd.
Turn onto 47th st (there's only one way to turn)
Take the first right onto Monarch Way
go 2 blocks. It will be on the left.
