sorry i don't have any pics but it's green acura integra with stock mesh wheels, stock exhaust and lowered- sounds like a dremel tool or supercharger. saw him around campus a few times.

my picture is in my sig. i dunno if its me or not, i dont have a stock exhaust, but my intake makes a fairly high pitch whistle sometimes and sounds like a dremel tool. but i do have the stock wheels and i am lowered, thought id check if it was me.

no it's not your car, VT Remmy. the one i saw was a darker green-cypress green. my mistake for not being more specific.
