Don't say I didn't warn ya.

If you want to race it, why not do an auto-x as suggested, or maybe even see if you can get some VIR track time? It wasn't made for drag racing, or any of the elements that go along with drag racing. I hope you don't find out the hard way.. but just in case, do you know a good tow service? I suggest Rainbow Forest. I get the same guy every time. Very nice guy.

LAMO! Ill take your advice. So AutoXing is more ideal for the car? Less chance of fucking shit up?

I think so.

What's the point of drag racing a relatively stock M3? It's not a drag car, and you'll honestly probably be disappointed on a drag strip. Even if you're not disappointed, you're still taking a huge risk. A Civic might not cost much to repair when you break something since they're a dime a dozen, but I don't want you to find out the hard way how much the BMW service is going to cost to replace something as minor as an axle.

Amen!

The difference is probably enough to purchase another Honda instead of repairing it.

but i never broke anything on my hondas. They seem to hold up well. maybe because i could never go fast enough to fuck something up.
