Plenty of cars on this site not out of state if you would bother looking ... Did you know you can even use Autotrader.com to search within 25 miles of your zipcode ... Not to meantion we have a wanted to buy section on this board ...

a local car lot just sent 2 Civic's off to auction becasue noone was looing to buy. Prices right up your alley too.

go to autotrader.com.you can set the range it looks within from 20 miles and up.

95% of the people on this forum drive Honda's, and it's a Virginia specific forum... so how likely do you think it is that you're going to find a car out of state on a state wide forum? Granted, there are members from other states here, but not many.
