Innovative makes a great product, Sorry that you had problems. They have great customer service, just call them up explain the situation and I'm sure they get it taken care of even if its a mistake on your part.

 

I really wish mods would just delete these types of threads, or people would just gain the common sense to not post negative comments about a product until the problem is identified.

I run a gt61bb from ITS it went out on me and I also paid for a rebuild upgrade to the new bb system. The turn around time was very quick
and their service was great. The turbo spools hard and fast. I will not run
anything but them now. ITS is diffently great quality and they are rebuildable bb turbos. I think the reason the seal blew out on me was because I was not running restrictor but the new one has one built in so it was my fault.

 

And i wanted to ride in it in the next week or two

 

This turbo originated in a TurboTrix Racing kit for an evo. At the time ITS was supplying these turbos to TTR, they were having mucho problems. The turbo's were failing left and right, hence why TTR now uses a diff company.

I will agree that ITS is an awesome company and makes good stuff, they just had bad quality control issues for a period of time.

Forreal Thats to bad about the turbo man, U should of been out tho could of watched me put buslengths on a turbo miata lol. Gettin friends to run to salem from rocky mount at 12am for plugs was awesome lol.
