Default Guy pulled over by a bike cop

I was walking over to McComas today and I see a guy in a dark integra pulled over with a cop talking to him. I figured he was just asking for directions or something. But when i got closer, the cop had a radar gun in his hand.

I'm not sure how a bike cop would be effective in pulling someone over, but i guess they are. Just letting anyone on the tech campus to watch out

A lot of times they will work in teams around the drillfield.... One clocks, the other stops and the one who was operating the radar comes up and issues the summons.

i dont know if you would call it "pulled over" if you were sitting at a light and they pedal their selves 15 feet from the Walgreens parking lot to tell you to pull over....but i dont know

Blacksburg has motorcycle cops, tech had funded positions for all the equipment a few years ago, but the new chief didnt want them, so they got removed.
