Gunman in washington park
Anyone heard anything about this?On the way home the park was blocked off and there was a lowered dap ek hatch in the middle of the park's field being searched.WDBJ7 only tells there is a gunman.

UPDATED: Man with gun in Roanoke's Washington Park surrenders to police
Right now we're following a developing story out of Northwest Roanoke.
Police tell us a man has a gun in Washington Park.
That's off Orange Avenue.
We're told he's refusing to put down the gun and surrender to officers.
The roads around the park are closed to traffic.
We'll give you more information as soon as we get it.
