I'm sure you've seen their new thread on the "highest HP 2 liter in the world". Buschur will never get my money. Their arrogance and lack of respect for the community pushes me and from what I see, an entire forum away from their business.

To each their own. Every part I've ever seen or used from him looked like shit and fit even worse. I will say..I like their exhaust. Though when I got it UPS had fucked up all the ends from buschurs shotty packing and I had to beat and bend to get it to all fit back.

I've got to agree, Betty and Nick have both shown they have a hard side to them - personally not many people like to deal with that type of person if they can go to another shop - and there are plenty of them on the east coast.

Its great you cleared things up, but we could really care less if you're hot headed or "won't take shit" from anyone. That just makes your personality seem that much worse. As a business man - which I hope you are, and not just a tuner - you've got to learn to keep things professional - do so, and you'll have many more customers.

The internet is a great place for people to put that shit out there with no remorse or regret. Until slander takes place everything is fair game.
Horror stories this and that. Please son... we've all been around the internet forum world to know that shit doesn't fly because someone said so. There are too sides to the ban wagon... you're either with them or against them.

I'm just a long time customer that has been to all the local (almost all tuner shops in the tri state area) and haven't found better.
what I have found in DTM is the personal customer service that you receive and the end results that the product produces.
I've found that in business with me you must do exactly as you said you would do. Because I pay money not for a service but for a result.
DTM has never failed me and I'm their most demanding customer.
But this thread has long gone it's course. I will be silent now.

I expect you to shoot back, but wow that is a good response to say that you say I get "rammed hard," good comeback retard. That right there is a good reason why DTM would get a bad rep because you get on a forum and act like a dumbass. You get on here and talk shit to people for voicing their opinion about what happened. If you were such the tough shit you really are why would you give a damn what a couple of people in a VA forum said? Personally I don't care about DTM and never will because I wouldn't want people like you working on my car. On the other hand I have nothing but respect for the response that Nick posted on here, it was very professional and I think you need to take some lessons from your boss. But employees like you do nothing but give a company a bad name. You say you pay on result, well according to "Jordan" the result isn't worth the all of the hassel to get what little peformance you might add.
