To make a long story short, I was driving home from a friends house (from Jax to St Auggy) on US-1 about a mile south of 9-A... I was going the speed limit, or slightly above it, when I saw something in the road ahead of me, not sure if it was a deer, but it was roughly as big as one... I guess the combination of me trying to change lanes, hitting the brakes (not mashing), and severely wet roads got the best of me, as I went sideways to the left, straight, and then finally sideways to the right, where I hydroplaned off the road and into some trees... My SS ended up falling onto the driver's side in a large collection of nasty rainwater, where I made sure all my bits and pieces were in their rightful places, turned off the ignition, grabbed my phone, and crawled out the sunroof to wait for the police... Overall I am fine, my wrists hurt from where I tried to brace myself, but I'll live...

Damn, yeah the roads have been bad the last few days. Thats crazy that the airbag didn't even come out, i am guessing you didn't hit hard in the front?

How the hell did you manage not to deploy the airbags?

You are in florida i presume? I saw a lot of people hydro-plane when i lived there.
