Wheel and Rim repair Va Bch
http://wheelandrimrepair.com/
I know people have said good and bad. I had a great experience with Horace.
I took my wheel to them that I potholed sunday. They called me at 3 hours later and told me it was ready.
Proof is in the pictures I suppose
Here is the before picture. Sorry its a little fuzzy.
Here is just a bit ago when I picked it up.
It may not be absolutly perfect. But its better than paying $650 for another wheel

Re: Wheel and Rim repair Va Bch
I guess since I went to wheel and rim repair because of this forum I should detail my experience...
My GF hit a nasty pothole bending the stock alloy wheel. I searched this site and found wheel and tire repair, gave them a a call and the guy was good to talk to and said he'd fix it for 80 bucks. Got the wheel back and it was:
1) dirty as s($t
2) had multiple air leaks from the TIG welds
3) had been poorly refinished, all the scrapes and scratches were still there, just a big blob of TIG weld.
Called over (I didn't pick up the wheel, GF did) and talked to a lady (don't remember her name, had a accent) and she seemed truly interested in the issue. Had the wheel dropped off and then called over to see how things were going (they never, ever called me back, I always had to call). She proceeded to tell me that the issue was my fault because I hadn't given them a tire to put on it. I could plainly see the holes in the weld so that's BS. She seemed angry that I was calling about the issue. Her comment about the nasty dirty wheel? My problem, they don't clean wheels. I don't know how you weld and paint a dirty wheel but.. whatever. They did fix the wheel though, it's not leaking and looks much better so in the end all is well but I did have to fight for it and take s(*t from them. I would not recommend.
