My coworker dropped off his 08 Honda Accord which had a practically flawless exterior. After UA taking 9+ hours to install components and an amp he gets his car back and finds two new dents and some shit work in his trunk.

His previous installs netted him a blue tooth pod hanging out of his dash like a tumor and a loose wire hanging near his feet and interfering with the pedals.

The worst, this is actually a dent with a scratch in the middle of it, so Dent Wizard can't save this panel.

when the previous owners were their, they did very nice work, i used to own a woodworking shop a few doors down from them and always had my car and friends cars worked on over their, they always did a great job, havent been their in awhile thou.

It was my accord coupe that was worked by UNDERGROUND AUDIO, and this morning when i was driving to work i turned the music up to hear how it sounded....FAIL, the music played for maybe 10 seconds before it would randomly start to cut out.

So i took it back today around 1, i was told it would be 2 hours until it was done i told him not to rush and do it right this time well when i went to pick up my car my Alpine type R components and infinity's that I have in the rear sounded like SHIT... it sounded as if i only had one speaker working and the 4 channel amp he said he would re do the wiring on was not done either....

FUCK THIS SHOP DON'T EVER GO HERE, you're probably better off trying to learn as you go then let some idiot make things worse for you.

I haven't been there in awhile, but I've only ever dealt with Gus, even when he had his own shop in woodbrige. The old owner of Underground Audio (the old white guy) was very helpful and friendly the last time I went, even when it was only for window tinting. I guess they got a new owner?

Gus did my tint on two cars and did a good job never had any problems with him.

The old white guy that used to own was cool to but the new owner ( short asian guy) who DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, not kidding you can barely understand the guy when I wanted to pay for the install even though he knew what I had done to my car he did not know how much it would cost.....you don't know how much you charge for an amp and speaker install but you own the shop????

I think from my understanding and what i heard from the guys at UNDERGROUND is that the speakers he bought on LINE were some what bad or the xover were shorting out and the guys there spend alot of time tryng to figure out why your shit was not working and end up replacing the xovers at no charge so i dont know why you are trashing the guys at UNFERGROUND when all they did was FIX the BAD SHIT you bought on line and you didnt even say thank you to them and on top of that i heard you send your MOMMY out there like a litlle fag now thats bullshit >>l how come you or your friend dont say nothing about that.
