Default express tint (757)-GOT-TINT learn about tinting

This is Woody with Express Window Tinting and I would like to inform everyone about window film. There is a difference between all window films. You cannot get quality film for under $130, along with that you also have to understand that a warranty is only as good as the manufacturer. If the film is not made within the United States, it's no good. You do not have to choose Express Tinting, just make sure that the company you choose to go with that they have insurance up to date that will cover anything that may go wrong. We are professionals and things do go wrong sometimes, even a fireman can get burnt. So if anyone has any questions regarding window film, the installation process or just general question please feel free to contact our office at anytime. We will be happy to assist you in making a wise decision, even if you choose not to use our services we will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Currently in all of Virginia the law for cars is 50% on the front two doors and 35 % on the back windows and rear. For trucks, vans and Suv's the front is also 50% but the back of the vehicle can be as dark as you would like. Different films that we carry appear alittle darker than others because of what the film is made of. Please feel free to contact us with any other questions or appointments. Thanks.

So if I get a ticket, can I fight it and say that cops are running limo tint. Their cars need to pass inspection too therefore I should not get a ticket.

The inspection should not have anything to do with the window film unless its on your front windshield or its gone back and its blurry and hard to see through it can be a safety hazard. If you have LEGAL tint on then you should NOT get a ticket and yes you can fight that, with all of our work we send you home with paperwork that states you have LEGAL tint. As far as the cops not really sure what their guidelines are for the city owned cars.

Not trying to jump on your thread,
just passing on a little info.
Law enforcement officials do not have any tint requirements
for their work vehicles.
We tint cars for the local police departments, they brought us a copy
of the Virginia tint laws and that is made very clear in there.
