Travis, they can.
They did work on my WedsSports. Can't even tell where the rash was.
But, it wasn't crazy bad, just rash, not gouges.

Re: [757] Advanced Custom Coatings
I think I'll chime in on mine. I'm really not too happy with the work done. To start with, I dropped the wheels off on a Monday, Tony (owner) wasnt available to talk about pricing. I was told I would be called. Friday rolls around, no one has called me, returned my calls, or answered, so I drive back over there. They say he is busy and would call me, I say "Ok, I'm taking my wheel centers." all of a sudden he is available. I don't really know anything about pricing on powder coating, but this thread said that a set of wheels were about $200-$250. He started at $350 for just my centers of the wheels. I figured centers should be less than entire wheels, so I wasnt expecting that at all. I was ready to just get them painted at that point. He came down to $250, and I bit the bullet.
The first time I got them back they had bad hanger marks on all the wheel centers. When I got them back the second time, you could tell that they blasted the shit out of them, I can only compare how it looks to really bad orange peel. I figure thats as good as they are going to get, and I cant wait another week for wheels. I would not go back there.
Also, not really anything to do with them, I didn't really think about this before hand. Because of how thick powder coat is, the wheel centers didnt fit back in the barrels. I had to strip the powder coat off the edges. same with the lug nut cover.
