Where do you guys get your tires mounted
Hey guys I got another set of rims..................... Yeah Yeah dont start.
The Team Dynamics are the wrong offset and rubbed so the car has had to be all the way up. So here is my plan...
Azenis on the new Rota SubZeros,
Street tires on Team Dynamics,
Sell stock rims
So who is a good cheap place to get tires switched around, mounted and balanced.
Thanx
Michael

well, i got mine done at Atlantic Autoworks.
1) It was expensive
2) If i didn't know Terry Baker, and have other connections, it would have even been more expensive
3) I told them not to use the weights that attach to the side of the rim. So they still used the weights that attach to the side of the rim, but they just did it on the inside (towards the middle of the car)
4) about a month later (i didn't check them right away), i found a scratch on one wheel. it almost looks like a curb check....but i haven't hit any curbs, nor does the tire show any marks on it.
personally, i'm not sure if i'm going to go there again.

there's one at military circle as well. i didn't know they mounted and balanced. i just found out Sam's club does it as well.
but i wonder what type of weights they use, and what size wheels they can do.

At both places you have to be a member and I am not at either. Plus the tires I need mounted are already mounted so I will need them taken off one set if rims and then mounted on the other (both sets will be brought to where ever it is that I take them/ not on the car). I used BOSS wheels to mount my Azenis last time so I'm thinking that they may hook me up if I go back there those guys seem to be OK.
Thanx
