The easiest way is to come down 64, and exit onto Northampton Blvd, 13N. Take a left onto Diamond Springs, and then a right onto shore drive. Gate 3/helicopter road will be on your left in about a mile (use the truck gate to your right as you enter.) After you're through the gate, go straight through the light and keep following helicopter road as it bends around and ends right at ACU-4. The entrance to the race is at the far corner of the ACU4 parking lot, by the control tower. Do NOT speed on base.
You'll see where the others are parking; park anywhere in that area you can find room, but be mindful that if there's an open spot with a bunch of tires and gear in it, someone's probably parked there, they're just at tech. PLEASE stay out of the white boxes around the hovercraft, and don't park in front of any open hanger bay doors, these areas are off-limits to us. Even if you've registered online, you still need to check in with registration on race-day; they're in the small building by the control tower when you entered. The bathrooms are in this building, too. The sailors always cook burgers and hot-dogs for us as a fundraiser there, as well.
You'd probably get OK GPS results by entering "magazine lane, VA beach VA" which is pretty much the ACU4 parking lot. If you're on the access list and don't have a CAC ID, make sure you enter the base through Gate 3 (Helicopter Road), or you'll get turned away and sent to Gate 3. Shore drive to Gate 3 is the fastest way to get there, anyway.

TSCC usually doesn't publish a course map. Setup will be about 3pm Saturday (after the Solo Pro school) if you want to come and help set up the course, though.

Was a great course, and turned out to be a terrific day! Great fun, yet again

Let Keath Marx know if you see any errors in your class (easiest way is to post in the thread at autocross.us), I know there were some issues. Looks like pax is wrong for street tire class, too, but I expect that'll get fixed pretty quickly.

I took a handful of pictures, but mostly of my own car after I hit the brakes hard during fun-runs, and lost my left headlight...
If anyone's interested, I put my 4th run up on Youtube. I hit a cone, but it was my fastest run at 64.646:

Usually they post a link in this thread. Sometimes they post here, sometimes in a new thread in the gallery. I haven't seen any photos from this race yet, though.
