Road Atlanta with NASA SouthEast - December 4th & 5th

If you're wanting to run TimeTrials sign up now... as of this morning there were 43 when I signed up and a buddy down there says they normally cap it in the 50 range.

I haven't been to RA since doing the Panoz Racing School back in 2003. I did my very first HPDE ever there in 2002. I'm very excited to get to go back finally.

I'm taking Friday and Monday off (3rd and 6th) to break up the towing. It's 8-8.5 hours driving straight there from here in Va Beach not towing. I've never made the drive non-stop as my parents live in Greensboro, NC right off of 85 which is nearly exactly 1/2 way. It takes me just under 4 hours to get there driving 10 over, and about 4.5 to get to Atlanta from there. RA is about 35 minutes north of Atlanta.

If anyone else from around here is going let me know.

:

towing should not impact your travel time much other than stopping for fuel.

I tow a few mph slower than I drive w/o towing.
