NASA SuperComp School... what all is involved?

My plan is to get a few HPDEs done to dial in the Panoz, then run some time trials in TTS, then do supercomp school at VIR in October. What all is involved with this? What do you do? Do you have to beat a time or does someone ride with you etc.?

I've been doing HPDEs since 2002 and have been to the Panoz comp school at RA back in 2003. Time to step it up a tad

It's a day long process and lot's of classroom instruction. I have seen it take place and they do alot of on track drills, side by side, overtaking, standing and rolling starts, and I believe a mock race.

It looks like a lot of fun and the next one is at the July NASA event.

Driftwizard and Flimy have both been through it, so I'm sure they will give you some more info.

Yeah Kevin just dropped off the Panoz and filled me in on it. Sounds alot like what we did at the Panoz school at RA.
