Ahh, gotcha. That makes sense now. It occurred to me later that maybe there was some massive groundswell of PTB cars being built that I didn't know about...
I think you had already talked to Kevin Helms, did you ask him about it? I don't know if the H2 guys had a mailing list or anything, but I think most of the Mid-A ones at least are on the drivers-only forum below. Ask Kevin about what you need to do to get on there, since at least when I went to join before my first HC race, GK wouldn't approve my registration since I hadn't actually done a race. Apparently having a legal H4 car, passing him at a track day with it, and being registered for the event in H4 were not sufficient to qualify as a "Honda Challenge driver". !@#$%.
Anyways, I'm sure Kevin would help you get whatever permissions/email etc. so you would be able to "clear" it with the other H2 guys before hand, I don't know if all of them are on NASAForums or not.

I need to register an Evo for TT
However I will have Todd Reid driving it as we will be using this event for shakedown of the car for time attack.
My question is can I easily register Todd on the Nasa site as I am not him?
