Just got this from the people over at langley speedway...

Subject to Management approval the current plan is to start counting points May 4 and having practice the last two Wednesdays in April. I need to have Bill Mullis and Chuck Hall agree to this. Thanks for asking.

I'm looking to get into it this year with my 92 240sx. Hopefully it will be done and reliable enough. What kinda checks do they do for the car to run?

i think it just has to have tags and inspection and you wear a helmet

Per Langley Speedways page...

- Street Legal: Car registration, plates and inspection stickers must be legal and valid.

- Must have a helmet (DOT or M rated)

- Must be 18 years of age or older to compete.

- Must have a working exhaust

- Must have DOT tires

Sounds like a good time. All actually legal really so I'll have no problems. Pretty excited for it. Was going to take my Mazda out for the last event last season and it got cancelled due to the rain. Understandable of course, just had a car full of people that I had to turn around.

I had the Blue Miata with the White hard top. A good buddy of mine had the Blue Miata with the Blue hardtop. We will both be out there again this year. Ill have a different Miata though.

Better tires too...Muahhahahahaha
