This event will take place for a maximum of 50 entries on a big/fast/fun "pro style" course. Participants can expect at least 6-8 runs each, but probably more.

It is indeed a points event. Specifically it is Championship Autocross #1 of 4 we will hold at VMP in 2010 (Jan 24, May 9, Aug 29, Nov 14.) We're also doing an Evolution autoX school there on Jul 11.

Sounds awesome. It's my birthday too. How much is the rental on them. I'd throw in for either if it's not too much.

Dunno. The Avis Camaros are V6 two pedal autotragic (still 300hp though.) They probably have some at one of the airports, I'd guess.

The Hertz Corvettes were around $200/day last time I checked. And someone would need to go to DC or further to get one, if they even still rent 'em.
