what does Terry have in his E30 325? I thought it was a E46 M3 motor. Apparently the guy that own's Rosen Autosport in Richmond has a E46 powered E36 318 that's turbocharged. Now that sounds like some serious traction limited fun.

Terry's idea about the E46 engine (333hp) in his E30 318 is a great one. But the engine Mike got had some problems. Terry is currently running an E36 M3 engine (240hp), Mind you that his car is only 2350lbs. That engine is very good at handling 3200lb. cars like mine. Terry's car will fly.

Currently no one has the E46 m3 engine in a E30 car.

These hp number are only stock of course. Terry's E36 M3 engine has addditional mods. (cams, bigger HFM, Injectors,etc.) It is probably pushing 235-240 hp at the wheels now. NICE!!

the autox events are held at pungo, fentress airfield, and Little Creek amphib base.

the next event is feb 9th at pungo, in va beach. you should come out, its a lot of fun

A local hot shoe named David Lee used to run a CRX HF (I think that is what it was called). It was the first generation one with the little engine and an exhaust pipe that looked like it was about 1/2" in diameter. The car was slow, but he beat pleanty of people with it. He eventually replaced the engine with an Integra engine, and I have sinde lost track of him. But it definately proved that it was possible to be fast with the slowest of Hondas.
