^^ Humbled is the key all the way around. I had my Dad as a student 2 weeks ago at VIR in group1 and the only 2 cars that passed us (in a 109 whp CRX) were a GTR and a Z06. But you still have to keep your cool even if you are doing the passing (I have to work on that myself from time to time even after about.25 events.

Sorry dude not to take this thread neg but you are not out driving your car. It just isn't happening. If you are taking the car past its limits on the streets you will wind up hurt or hurting others. If you do not have the skillset to out drive the car you would not have a problem. Now if you said that you are over driving the car then its a you problem not a car problem. I'm with Jon on this I have been tracking for 5 years and am still learning every time I get in my car. I was able to drop 2 seconds 2 weeks ago at VIR. And there is still more in the car I just have to learn to get it out of IT.
