y7 fuel rail problem

Default y7 fuel rail problem
i have a d16y7 and the stud that goes into the intake where fuel rail goes on is stripped the bolt wont tighten and i need a new stud which it looks like it unbolts from the intake i just dont know where to get one does anybody know where to find part number would be a big help

ive tried i used different ways to ask the questions and i only get how to swap i.take manifolds
