last night cruisin across willaboughy spit, and the clutch drops the floor in traffic. did it the other night but came back up. i check the resovior and there's no fluiid. i just added some but not where to bleed it at to get pressure back to the clutch? pleassee help.

fluid doesn't just "vanish" from your resovior unless you have a problem. check to see where the fluid is leaking from.

first place i'd check is by your clutch pedal (under dash) or around the clutch master cylinder. if leakage exists replace the clutch master cylinder.

second place would be the slave. if leakage exists replace the slave.

if you still can't find the leak check the line and connections.

as far as bleeding, bleed it from the slave cylinder.

i see no leaks anywhere, and i bled the clutch today and it seemed to be doing fine. i drove it all day. at the end i pulled it in the driveway and it felt like it lowered a little bit again....i feel like i can also hear a whistle of air. im guessing thats the leak? it stops when i press the clutch in.

might be a bad booster and it's leaking a little fluid into it.

i dont believe the clutch master cylinder has a booster like the brake system do like he said the fluid is going somewhere find it!

oops you're right. lol.

yeah, spray all the lines down with brake parts cleaner and try to find a leak somewhere.

first if you can't find any noticable leaks replace the master first. the piston in the master could be faulty. i am quite sure there is a leak somewhere more than likely.
