wiring ?'s
will a '94 ex wiring harness work with a '92 cx or dx d15b8 motor?
will it clip into the d15b8's ecu?
the way i figure, is that the harness will be the same other than the vtec wiring. is it possible to go ahead and install all of the senors that fit and just ignore the ones for vtec? any input would be great, i'm planning on buying b speed's and need to know before this weekend.
thanks, dustin.

you can have somebody run new wires to the computer threw the firewall and buy a fuel injector resister box its 20 dollars at import performance because the dx hatch only has two plugs comeing out of the firewall the si has 3 and so does all the newer hatches, because of the dual point injection...that third plug is what you have to add that runs to the computer....you shouldn't have to buy distributer, injectors.....it should all be on the 92 motor......buy a engine harness and get it rewired

so even though i have everything from the newer '92 motor ie: intake manifold, injectors, distributor, ecu, and wiring harness, the electronics will not work? what im trying to do is use a '94 ex harness to put into a '92 dx ecu, but need to know if it will work because the harness is wired for vtec and i dont need it.

wont the harness wired for vtec just have a couple extra pins in it that wont have female ends in the ecu and therefore the ecu wont read it and be the same as having a non vtec harness?
