Default Windshield Washer Pump?

So awhile back when I was buying random new parts under the hood for my car, the old ones were pretty much melted/cracked/falling apart, I replaced my washer tank. All of a sudden it pretty much doesn't work, since I put it in...just haven't cared until all of this pollen. I can hold it down for a long time and it will eventually dribble out of the squirters but not reach my windshield at all. The old tank worked completely fine in this regard. So before I buy a new pump, it isn't expensive just don't want it sitting around like the RR window regulator I bought, is there anything I should test out?

and before the posts, thanks fabrik8 lulz

See if you had something in there that may have clogged the lines.

I'm assuming it IS full right?

Make sure there isn't something blocking the fill tube, and also make sure that the fill tube isn't completely square to the bottom of the tank and blocking itself (if it has a tube like that). It should be something simple to find. If the pump works fine, the only things that can happen are a blocked line or an air leak in a line.

I guess the easiest thing to do is disconnect the tube from the tank and test the pump (by itself) by sticking the tube in some other container of water.

I took out the tank, spilling lots of fluid everywhere lul, and there was a little clear tube that was twisted AND pinched. Got it so it will spray now but my far nozzle, drivers side, squirts out of one of the two squirters. I got the other one working by pressing a toothpick into it very gingerly lol
