Hook the line up to the turbo and run it in a straight line to the oil pan.
Make sure it doesnt kink. It should just slope down to the pan. Make a mark and get someone to weld a bung for you on the pan in that spot.

Agree with what he said about making shure you dont kink it. You can drill the hole pretty much anywhere at the top of the pan, here is a picture with the area you can put it in, where this guy has the hole is where I would put it.
