There usually aren't local places that stock that stuff. Most of that stuff is usually ordered from electronics distributors or connector supply companies.

After further research on price i am still debating on investing that much into a harness or not. Eventho it is just that much more baller. Thanks for the all the info tho.

If you want to do a harness like that, do it because you have a reason to, not because it's "baller". I don't think many people care what kind of harness you have under the hood.

That being said, the price of the connectors is nothing compared to the price of the crimpers you need for those crimp pins.

haha thats funny u said that when i was telling him around about price on everything i completely forgot he would need the special crimps for each connector, then i pmed him later about it. deffently no something u would get into just to do one harness.

Yeah thats the things im still going to be running a chipped ecu. Not a coilpack or standalone unit so i really do not have the use for it but i really wanted to do one just for the experience and personal preference. Yeah the crimpers themselves I found were every bit of $400. "Baller" was just a sarcastic term.

Correct and I appreciate all the info and being that no websites had prices I was trying to find info and you helped me decide that for one harness itd be better off either paying someone or modifying the existing harness there. All the info was greatly appreciated.

Those are the cheap ones, or you might have come across just the crimp frames without the crimp dies. Most of the Amphenol crimpers are almost twice that much for a decent pair.
