go to a local tire rim shop, and see if they have a key that will fit.
i had this problem w/ a friends ef that had shitty autzone locks and we broke the key completely off. luckily for me i was friends w/ the manager so he just let me borrow the key tho

EDIT: ditch the cheap locks and go for honda oem kit or a trusted brand

if a thief wants your rims he will and can find ways to get them. if you really want protection them car boots will do the trick!

i'd agree with taking it to a local tire shop. I had this happen to me and the shop i went to had a key that was able to grip it enough to break it loose.

I just had the same issue on my crx, just took a slightly smaller cheapo socket and hammered it on that bitch nice and tight, sprayed a little PB blaster on it and put a pipe over the end of my socket wrench to get some good torque to knock it loose. Got all four locks off no problem.

But if you want to cut them off thats always fun too.
