Wheel Finish Repair
I recently bought a set of OEM 20" wheels for my truck and one of them has some issues. The seller says it's the clear coat but didn't specify what got on the wheel.
Can anyone recommend a company that could fix this or give some insight on maybe what to try to fix it?

If it's clearcoat, have you tried the normal paint care products like a cleaner and a polish?
Better yet, why did you leave the lot with one of them like that? Were they used and sold in as-is condition?
