whats is a real race?
What is a real race? i've been thinkin about this a lot..
1.If you have an all motor car.. chances are you will have better low end then a boosted car..
2. if you have a boosted car, chances are.. from a roll you'll have a better chance beatin an all motor car from a roll.
So.. whats fair? officially from a stop is fair but what about those who don't have low end?
so is it only fair for two identical cars to race from a stop to see who the better driver is?
8 cylinders or 3 like some geo's on mercury.. if ur car is fast it's fast, if it's not it's not. who cares how many cylinders it's got. it's all about speed.. if you lose you lose.

Sounds to me like your timing is off. Might also want to make sure your plugs are gapped correctly and maybe try a new set of wires. Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
