Google? Just sayin man this question has been asked hundreds of time everywhere else and here.
To answer your question an h22a. Came stock in that generation of prelude. I think the best ones were rated at 217hp stock.

Re: what motor should I use??????
both the h and f series motors make awesome power when done up right.
depends really on what you intend to do, if you want a fully built motor i would stick with an f series. in stock form the cylinder head outflows any b series head (including type r) and bisimotowerks has done amazing things with those motors. a fully built f series powers his insight which runs 9's all motor.
if youre looking to just drop a motor in and leave it id go with an h22a as previously stated

some things to keep in mind for doing any kind of boosted motor build
-10 psi on a standard t3/t4 turbo is not the same as 10psi on a gt40r
-engine management and a good tune is everything, do not skimp on these two or you will regret it. that means a solid ems like hondata or aem. if youre near richmond i recommend matt shue for tuning, or if youre near va beach i recommend shawn ramey
