what lip should i get for my ej6 civic and will it be plug and play install
what is this lip called the si lip?
is this the same?

Lip, yes just install and drive, and minor adjustments if its a replica.
And the one you pictured is a Si-R lip off the Civic Si-Rs in Japan.
