I would run atleast 440's... and the type of injector makes a difference with spray pattern

A set of RC 370's or 440's would do you great. You don't want to go too large to where the spray pattern is not optimal, and lower rpm's will suffer.

dont get anything smaller than 440s because I'm assuming its gonna be boosted and to make 225hp with a b20 that will be easily gained on as little a 8psi....if it was me i would get at least 650-750s so when u want to re-tune for more power you will always have the injector to support the power...gl bro..

Good catch. I was thinking he meant a N/A B20 vtec. Yes, for boost applications you will want like a set of 550's or 650's. N/A you want an AFR of 12.7 while boosted engines you want about a 11.0 to 11.5, hence the larger injector.

Although it's a good idea to have extra headroom for future upgrades, a smaller injector will generally perform better (than a large injector) at low duty cycle during idling and part throttle/low load situations. Injectors are easy to upgrade, so I usually recommend sizing injectors for what you need now, not what you think you'll need in the future. Big injectors can be a real headache, so it's better to save the headache for later.
