I want to know what is the best engine to fit into a 95integra? and out of curiosity is a f20b type r conversion possible for this car?

yes it is possible. and not too difficult. you have no idea about what you are talking about. you need to do research (i dont even really know what the point of this thread is but im gonna guess youre a 16-17 year old kid that just got an integra and want to swap the engine for some reason). best engine for you and that car is the stock engine (b18b1).

B series is what belongs in there... they're the easiest.

H, K, F series is possible but requires more knowledge

You could cut and paste just about anything you want into your integra... I've seen J swaps (3.2L Honda V6) and even gay ass redneck V8 shit...

b18c1 block, ls rods, gsr pistons, cometic head gasket, b18c5 head, crowler cams, skunk2 ti valve train, ctr crank pulley b18c5 transmission. get to work.
