Im new to JDM. & i really do love this shit.
so i need to know what is the best thing to do with this motor cause
im trying to build this motor from the ground up.

i already know that i want to do:
Skunk2 catback exhaust
skunk2 or Type S camgears
ITB's
Exedy sport clutch & flywheel

But i need opinions on what else or
what would be the best...cuz i want this bitch to be
a bomb ass prelude.

Try building it from the ground up like you said. Pistons, Rods, headwork.

well if your gonna do the exhaust you might as well complete the breather mods with a header an good cold air, spend some money on you suspension an brakes as well, havin a fast car that dont handle that well or stop that well isnt that swell. GL with your build Preludes are great platforms an great cars
