Ok, so the 93 clutch disc i had listed a larger shaft diamter which i assumed would work because it was a small a margin
of difference ( 1991 - 0.968 in , 1993 - 1.03125 in ) but i think it's just enough to slide on. However, the actual disc diameter is smaller ( 1991 - 8.6875 in, 1993 - 8.625 in ) does that not matter because i assume a 93 clutch disc has teh same dimensions as the 92.

The actual disc diameter increase is common, especially after a couple years of a new powerplant being released. More disc surface area means more grab, longer life, etc. You'll still easily clear the bellhousing, but you need the correct shaft diameter. Those differences might not be very big, but they'll keep a smaller disc from going on the bigger splines.

Like I'd said, I had to pick 93 and NOT 91 to get that part number off clutchcity, and if thats the same number thats on your old clutch, then it should be exactly the same. You aren't likely to get anymore confirmation than that until you have it in your hand and try to install it.

Ok, because i do believe we have a 93 and we assumed that it was incorrect because the actual disc diameter was smaller but the shaft diametere seemed to be appropriate but we never tried fitting it, so i will try.
