Default WGA issue

i have a new wga with a better spring to switch out with the stock external one. that shit wont come loose. i even used an air tool on those bolts and they wont even budge. any ideas i really need them, i have to do this before i can up my boost any more becuase the stock wastegate is tappering off boost which the new one is suppose to hold. HELP.

breaker bar....we used a 10' one on my crank pulley.

the bolts are not easy to get too. and a breaker bar cant fit in the location.
