welding intercooler end tanks?
hey does anybody have any resources (books, articles, tutorials etc) for how to cut new intercoolers from existing cores? teach meh something

I can do it but it would take you a year in a Radiator shop for you to be able to do it, and i dont have the time to teach you.....If you need something done I might be able to do it, but if your looking for info there is none......Heat displacement is about the lowest attended automotive trade in the world.....lol........just get a job in a radiator/AC shop.......(Its easy they need help)

na im just saying buying a powerstroke core and cutting it down and welding some end tanks on it would be a hell of a lot cheaper than buying a new intercooler. im saying i can get my tig/mig/stick welds done no problem i just want to know what it actually takes to do the job
