weird sound coming frpm my integra
car: 2000 integra gsr no mods
when i my car idles a hear a weird noise coming from the engine, its like a weird chirping sound, it has been like this for the past week, the check engine light has not come on but i know something is wrong. also every time i push the clutch in the sound stops but once i release it back into Nuetral it starts making the sound again. can anyone help me out?

+1 on the "Throwout bearing"
it is dried up of grease and is a sealed bearing. Only fix is to replace it. In order to do so, the transaxle has to be removed and it would be smart to put a clutch kit/resurface flywheel and a new rear main seal in at the same time.
