Code sounds like PO411/VAG 16795 Secondary air injection system incorrect flow detected. Per the diagnositc chart check the secondary air pump motor for proper operation(coming on when cold then turning off after warmup cycle), check the secondary air injection solenoid valve, check the combi valve, check all hoses and lines going to those parts.
-Usually ive found the problem to be hoses going to one of those parts, but have put alot of air pumps and valves on these cars.
