model hatch?

basically youll need a conversion harness for the diff obd's. youll need the EX ecu. ground the Vtec and the other wire is to be wired into the ecu. not sure on which plug though.

It is dpfi, but it will be swapped to mpfi before I get it (standard hatch) and I will be left to wire Vtec.. I heard obd1 was best for tuning? Could the current ECU work, or will I have to have it chipped to run the motor?

OBD1 is only best for tuning if you're going to buy Hondata or whatever. OBD0 works great too, freeware TurboEdit works great on PM6s. If you want to go the OBD0 vtec route, you will have to get a PM6 and get it converted, or I can sell you a converted one..
