Default VTEC head question?

Hey,
I have a 94 civic DX with a d-15 non-vtec motor, i don't have the money to get an expensive b-series drop and i don't know much about dropping engines so i wouldn't know how to do it. I want to know if there is a VTEC head that i could put on my motor, if so which one is it and what year civic did it come out of. If there is one that will fit does anyone have one for sale, how much, and does anyone know how to do this installation that could help me out becuase i don't have the tools or knowlege on how to do this but would like to be shown. thanks for your help.

Stephen

any sohc vtec head will work..but to be honest..i say be patient and save the money to get a better swap..my first swap i saved money for entire summer working full time to get a b16 swap...it was well worth it...and i wasn't making that much either..i was only making 5.25/hr at Target at the time...

thanks for your advice but i don't think i will be able to go with the b-series because i am in college and all the money i make during the summer goes to the beer during the school year, that is why i am going to go with the vtec head and i already have a turbo kit for it. Does anyone have one for sale that would fit and can someone do the work if i get it(i will pay for the labor of course) thanks

Yeah just a piece of advice. If you are really that strapped for cash and you are looking at a mini-me + turbo. If your motor isn't built i am promising you you will have a new engine very very soon.
