Viper alarm acting funny
So when i send a command to my viper alarm it accepts all commands. Except that when it does the remote makes the beeping noise as if its not in range. I am right next to the car when it does it. This is a brand new replacement remote and it started doing it a wk ago.

Re: Viper alarm acting funny
the pdf file freezes for me so i cant see what model you have. im going to assume that you have the 7900 which was a complete piece of shit (no offense) they had to recall the keypads like 3 times because of the same problem your having. the thing about buying alarm acc online is that most (not all) online sites buy the recalled batch hoping that most of them will be fine but for the sorry few who get the fubar parts you have to send it back and hope for a working one. if its not the 7900 its more than likely the same problem anyway.
