This is what I am using.....

Guaranteed for life to over 10K rpms.

- Chrome-Vanadium Steel Wire
- Shot Peened
- Ultra Straight and Square (prevents side loading of valves/guides)
- Speed Stable Inner Spring/Dampener
- Tight fit to Stock and most aftermarket retainers
- 95lbs on the seat and 265lbs at 12mm lift.

Here are comparison pics: Skunk2 Springs (Left), Stock B16 (Middle), ef-1 Speed Stable (Right)

Guaranteed against breakage if used with ef-1 springs.
BVTEC TiRet --> B16, B17, B18C wt. 7 grams

My boy used TODA springs, actually he used all TODA parts. Just finished adjusting the valves last night. He should be driving around as we speak.
