V-AFC Tuning?
 
i have a d16y8 with intake and exhaust...what settings do i need to have in the vafc for the best performance?

get on the dyno with a wideband and find out.....

your settings will vary from car to car, keep it stock unless you know what you're doing.

yes i had a vafc in my CRX and i thought it was good but when i took it out the CRX was twice as fast (B16a) its not worthed it

why do you have a vtec control on a d16y8? Only time I recommend a vafc is for boost or what not but my car ran a lot faster with an fmu, and a fpr. So my guess was that the vafc drained some power somehow. And getting those things tuned is expensive. If i was you i would sell it and buy a performance upgrade that gives you power, and not a big pain in the ass. just trying to help with my past experiencees

well i don't need it anymore i totaled my car thursday night...but im about to buy a 93 integra GSR...not getting a bad deal...car is all stock with only 107k miles...i'll prolly sell the vafc when i buy my civic back from the insurance company...bc the motor and interior is still in great condition
