Like it says I'm bout to drop a type r in an ef and I jus wondering if someone can let me know what all I need to make this swap go smooth. I know the basic stuff I need mounts, shift linkage, ecu.... But if someone could still give me a list of everything I need I would thank u.

I really think all you would need is:
mounts for a bseries into an ef
linkage
ecu
conversion harness (type r is obd2)
Axles
Hydro conversion for tranny (efs are cable)

Mite be missing a few things but thats the major ones.

you will also have to do a few small things to make it fit... off the top of my head i'd say making a dent for the alternator to clear, and you will have to notch the front crossmember if your not running a traction bar for the header(just remember that most hang lower then the stock cross member).

depending on the model you'll also have to get si knuckles for the b-series axels to fit. and if its dpfi then you have all kinds of other fun on your hands.
there's a bunch more... but im at work, i'll check back later and see what you've found

Honda-tech.com will be your best bet, hell you might even find a step by step thread.

The main issue is not getting it to fit, like said above you will most likely have to make a dent for the Alt. The front cross member is an issue the DOHC VTEC motors do not have the front mount that is in between the radiator and A/C condenser. To make it look better you might want to get a traction bar for your car.

The main thing is going to be the wiring since you will have a lot to do if your car is not MPFI. Oh don’t for get that the Type-R injectors will not work in that car because of the resistor box. Look into converting it to OBD1 with a chipped ecu.

is your car already multi point converted?
if not you will need to switch/add wires at the ecu pins

wiring:

convert to obd1 using a jumper
u will need an obd1 ecu w/hondata or a p30 will work

you will need to convert your engine harness to use the obd2 or obd1 dizzy, and be sure to get the engine harness for the b18c5/b18c so u can splice the appropriate obd2 clips to the obd0 harness. u will need to run wires for vtec solenoid, pressure switch, knock sensor (if ecu needs it), distributor, u will need to relocate the fan switch which is on the thermostat on the type-r. you will also need to eliminate the resistor box my soldering all the injector wires (red) to the yellow and black power wire. you will need obd2 injector clips hence u needing the engine harnes from the type-r.

Body mods:

you will need to get a shorter alternator belt and bang out the side of the frame where the
alternator goes to get the alternator to clear.

trans: you will need a hydro to cable conversion, axles for 94-00 integra, a shift linkage for b series, a bitch pin (alligator pin) and i would reccommend a type-r shifter w/bushings

engine: a stock 4-2-1 header will work with ef, i dunno about jdm 4-1

exhaust to match the 2.25 or 2.5 inch collector of the header

hood: you will need to cut the webbing in the hood with hasport mounts to get the
valve cover to clear.

you will need a rear mount bracket...cant remember what else but i have done this swap before for a friend.

if your car is 4 speed you will need to upgrade to 5 speed knuckles otherwise the axles wont work.
