This has been discussed before, but it all simply comes down to, you get what you pay for. Personally I would stay away as would alot of others on the site.

Hit or miss, have heard of success with them, but have heard of problems as well.

oil seals go bad, manifolds crack, intercoolers suck when it comes to volumetric efficiency(or however you spell it)

if you do buy one and you get a manifold from there also have someone weld a support bracket from the turbo flange you help hold the turbos weight.

Ive heard the charge pipes are fine. Also most of the intercoolers are fine. The manifolds are no where near up to par. If you look around you can find enough parts to put together a kit thats a lot more reliable for the same amount or cheaper.

There are many turbo sites you can get info from.
-homemadeturbo.com
-turbod16.com

Just search around, throw your power goals and your planned funds out there and you will get many answers(and many flames). good luck with your setup
