Default Turbo Trouble ??

as of today my turbo takes forever to get to my max boost pressure of 10psi, it used to hit 10psi in a matter of seconds, now it takes forever with my foot to the floor, i have made no adjustments and it just started doing this......someone told me i may be leaking boost pressure via the intercooler/charge pipes? is there anyway to test these or does this sound reasonable? Thanks in advance. Terry 92 Dodge Shadow Turbo/intercooler.

Could be exhuast leak before the turbo also. Just look at alll the boots see if they are ripped...or spray some windex or somthing that bubbles and rev her up.? also check vacuum lines, one of those coulda popped off.

checked all vacuum lines and everything seems fine, i when i added a manual boost controller and turned the boost all the way down this is how it used to act.when i set the conroller to the point of where it gets 10psi it ran normal..now it dosent matter what i adjust the controller to, i get the same 10psi but it takes a long time, sometimes it dosent hit 10psi. i used to hear the turbo spool fast and now it spools slow.

anyone willing to take a look at the setup for me?
